Sale Of Knives And Bladed Articles
It is illegal to sell knives, knife-making materials or sharp edge tools to any persons under 18 years of age, so please do not take offence if we send an email to ask for proof of age. If we discover that the buyer is not permitted to purchase knives we are entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the goods to us, the return must take place within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Goods must be returned unused, in and with all of the original packaging, ensuring that use an appropriate postal service and obtain a receipt or tracking number of the postage at the time of dispatch, and PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay return postage.
Refunds will be made once the goods have been examined. We reserve the right to impose a charge or refuse a refund for any damaged goods.
Your refund will be made minus any administration charges.
Please ensure that your local postal and customs and excise regulations allow the importation of goods ordered from this site, and be aware that you may be required to pay duty. We will not be liable for non-delivery of items due to a breach of postal and customs regulations or the non payment of import duty.
Goods are subject to availability, and in the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you when you place your order or as soon as we can contact you.
