The Kiridashi is a Japanese knife with a sharp point used as a carpenter’s marking knife, but it's equally suited to a wide range of intricate tasks thanks to its narrow, fine cutting edge. The AEB-L stainless steel of this Kiridashi has a double sided grind, and the Yew handle scales are attached to the full tang with four 3mm aluminium pins. It comes with a leather blade guard for protection.
