The high carbon forged steel blade of this knife is inspired by a 16th Century design. It is hafted with Hawthorn handle scales that are attached to the full tang with thirteen 2mm copper pins, and has riveted brass shoulder plates. It is ideal for reenactment, but would also prove extremely useful in the modern kitchen.
