The shape of this butcher’s knife makes for efficient work in breaking down large cuts of meat, as well as slicing and more precise work, and its robust build makes it ideal for tackling large vegetables and fruit too. It has a 1080 etched high carbon steel blade, and the Indian Rosewood handle scales are attached to the full tang with three 5mm brass mosaic pins.
