This attractive little cleaver would be great for chopping and slicing and many other tasks in the kitchen. It has a 15N20 brushed carbon steel blade, and the beautiful Elm Burr handle scales are attached to the full tang with three 2.5mm copper pins and a 6mm brass mosaic pin.
