    The Puntilla is a slaughterman’s knife used to incapacitate large animals during the slaughtering process, and also for skinning and preparing the carcass afterwards. This one has a high carbon steel blade, and the handle is a flamed hardwood with carved decorative rings, a brass ferrule and shaped steel crossguard, providing a safe and comfortable grip. Comes with a leather sheath, making it easy to store and transport.
